Terms of Use of JSC Baltic International Bank Webpage

Prior to using this Webpage (hereinafter in the text referred to as the Webpage of the Bank) of the JSC Baltic International Bank, Reg. No.40003127883 (hereinafter in the text referred to as the Bank), please carefully read these terms of use of the Webpage of the Bank (hereinafter in the text referred to as the Terms of Use).

When you visit the Webpage of the Bank or use the services offered or information provided on the Webpage, you personally or the person you represent, if you act on behalf thereof, agree with these Terms. Hereinafter in the text the word "You" (in different forms of the word) shall also mean the person you represent, if you act on behalf thereof.

In case if you do not agree with these Terms please do not visit and do not use the Webpage of the Bank, as well as do not use the services offered or information provided on the Webpage of the Bank.

1. General Terms of Use of the Webpage of the Bank

1. 1.1. The Webpage of the Bank shall mean this Webpage created by the Bank, Internet address of which is www.bib.eu or www.bib.lv, with all of the information and materials contained therein.
2. 1.2. Prior to each visit, the address of the Webpage of the Bank shall always be entered manually in a browser in one of the formats specified in Clause 1.1 of the Terms.
3. 1.3. The Bank shall be entitled to change unilaterally the content of the Webpage of the Bank at any time.
4. 1.4. The Bank shall not be responsible for any costs and losses resulting from use of the Webpage of the Bank, including if the Bank or an agent thereof has been aware of mistakes in the Webpage of the Bank. Prior to completing the document blanks published in the Webpage of the Bank, it is advisable to contact a representative of the Bank.

3. Identification Data and Use of Passwords

1. 3.1. You agree to use your identification data and the passwords given by the Bank only in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Transactions of the Bank and agreements concluded between you and the Bank.

4. Copyright for the Content of the Webpage of the Bank

1. 4.1. The Bank and/or third parties, if directly specified on the Webpage of the Bank, shall retain ownership, copyright © and all other intangible rights for the Webpage of the Bank and textual, graphical and other visual, as well as audio and other information included therein. It is prohibited to reproduce, publish or otherwise distribute trademarks or logos published on the Webpage of the Bank without prior written consent of owner of these trademarks or logos.
