To ensure that your transactions (real estate operations, the sale or purchase of a business) are a success, you are offered to open an escrow account to create a safety zone. An escrow is a legal arrangement in which Baltic International Bank (an independent trusted third-party) holds money for the transacting parties until the termination of a transaction and acts as a guarantor, ensuring that the transacting parties fulfil their mutual obligations under the trilateral agreement.
Under the tri-party agreement, the buyer acquires title to the purchased object only after money has been remitted to the escrow account, while the seller receives the money only after the seller has fully discharged all obligations under the agreement.
