Processing of personal data

JSC Baltic International Bank” (registered office in Riga: Kalēju iela 43, Rīga, LV-1050) is designated as the data controller which determines the purposes of the processing of personal data (‘personal data’ means any information relating to natural persons). The purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows: client record-keeping; provision, supply and maintenance of services. The processing of personal data is carried out in conformity with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Latvia (Article 7, paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 6). The data controller has designated the following data processors authorised to process personal data under the authority of the controller:

• SIA First Data Latvia, 40003072814 (Dzirnavu iela 37, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvija)
• SIA “BIB Consulting”, 50103457291 (Grēcinieku iela 6, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvija)

The Bank may unilaterally revoke and change previously designated data processors. The revised and updated list of the data processors will be posted to the Bank’s website.
