  • During a business trip to Morocco, a customer discovered her handbag was missing while having lunch at a restaurant. The handbag contained a purse, cash, credit cards, passport and mobile phone. The customer faced with a bizarre and unpleasant situation: stuck alone in a foreign country without money and passport, and feeling that there is nowhere she can turn for help...

Also, the service contacted local police to have all the required paperwork done and to be submitted to the insurance company. It took only three days to eliminate all inconveniences associated with the misfortune.
