The bank joined the Bank of Latvia’s Electronic Clearing System (EKS) to enhance the payment processing.
Mergers & acquisitions (M&A): Bank increased its share capital to 5,9 million lats through the acquisition of the insolvent AS „Latvijas Industriālā banka” (JSC „Latvian Industrial Bank”).
